Link-Check (www.link-check.org) initially started as a primitive console web crawling (initially using a .NET open source crawler) this evolved into it's own custom code base.

The goal of Link-Check is to analyse websites and identify clear on-page SEO problems. On-page SEO can be translated into set rules (granted, Link-Check will never be able to contain a full SEO rule base) and Link-Check attempts to identify bad SEO practices.

It should be a useful tool for anyone investigating their own corporate website or competitor websites for SEO practices and information.
