Criticism
It takes it's pretty little time to read as it's clearly written to take up space with useless content, hype and childish writing - which is really sad as the book has great content and information. Long winded writing.
The first 50-60 pages of the book are obsolete, very much just building up hype of becoming a 'ninja' at analytics - I don't fully understand it as the content is excellent and doesn't need the build up.
Would have been nice if it just focused on Google Analytics and name dropped the other most suitable options.
The style of writing is another sore point (mentioned in most Amazon.com comments too!).
The book really REALLY should be 300 pages max., by the time you get to page 450 the knowledge (and impact) of the previous chapters have eroded. Knowledge books should always been condensed and to the point (and filled with references!).

A great book, very much a must read for anyone wanting to create a methodology to apply to their Web Analytics and get the most out of their website. [currently reading notes incomplete.]
